Shotts residents develop community climate action plan

Shotts community partners have come up with a unique way to address the climate emergency through local environmental action.With support from Keep Scotland Beautiful, Shotts community partners has developed a bespoke community climate action plan, setting out how locals can improve their environment and tackle the challenges facing society.The collaborative plan sets out specific actions people can take in their area, to reduce carbon emissions, improve air quality, boost the local economy and make Shotts a cleaner, greener and more sustainable place to live.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
