If you've been unable to get your hands on the viral Dubai chocolate, Morrisons is now offering its own version. In recent years, chocoholics have gone wild for a thick milk chocolate filled with pistachio crème, pistachio nut paste and toasted kunafa, a winning combination first whipped up in Dubai.
The chocolate trend took social media by storm in 2021 after Fix Dessert Chocolatier founder Sarah Hamouda's fusion of modern sweets with traditional Middle Eastern flavours and regional desserts became an internet sensation.
Dubbed 'Dubai Style Chocolate', the craze saw some Brits travelling 4,000 miles to get their hands on it - while others attempted to recreate it at home and share their recipes online.
But now, conveniently, some shops are producing their own versions. Lindt unveiled their new Dubai Style Chocolate bars last month.
