The latest Sex and the City reboot news has left us somewhat dejected as we learn that yet another much-loved character will not be making a comeback.

Fans of the show will be all-too-familiar with Chris Noth’s Mr Big who played a huge role in Carrie Bradshaw’s life as both her boyfriend in the earlier years and her eventual husband.

The pair tied the knot in the 2008 Sex and the City movie although we learned in the 2010 sequel that things weren’t so rosy in their marriage.

Page Six reports the 66-year-old actor will not be making an appearance in HBO Max’s new 10-part series which only makes us wonder if Carrie and Mr Big had a divorce somewhere along the way.
