It might be hard to believe, but it’s already been two years since we were treated to nightly doses of Maura Higgins on our TV screens during her very memorable Love Island stint.

And 2021 has truly delivered the goods as the Longford beauty is back hosting RTÉ’s Glow Up Ireland, receiving rave reviews after her presenting debut on Thursday night.

Dozens of viewers were left singing her praises and many were particularly pleased to hear her unmissable accent once more – especially her pronunciation of Dolce & Gabbana.

One impressed fan even went as far as to declare: ‘Maura Higgins is representing every rural woman in Ireland with her voice over on de #GlowUp.’ ‘I could listen to Maura Higgins say things like Doll Cha and Gab Anna all day,’
