Shaughna Phillips has revealed her lips swollen up so "bad" after getting lip filler , that she had to hide her face until they had gone down.The Love Island star posted a shocking before and after picture to her followers, showing her lips swollen up on the night after receiving the cosmetic treatment and now that they have reduced in swelling.

Posting a selfie to her 1.4 million followers, the 30-year-old captioned it: "Swelling has gone down so I can show my face again.
