Ozzy Osbourne, the British rock legend, has claimed that Kanye West used a sample from a Black Sabbath song without permission. The 75 year old singer, who shot to fame as the lead vocalist of Black Sabbath, expressed his disapproval of being linked with Kanye due to his controversial comments about Jewish people.

Last December, Kayne, 46, apologised to "the Jewish community for any unintended outburst caused by my words or actions" after making several antisemitic remarks.

Kanye, now known as Ye, is releasing a new album, Vultures, with American singer Ty Dolla Sign, reports PA.This album includes the song Carnival, which Ozzy says uses a part of Black Sabbath's 1970s hit Iron Man.

On X, previously known as Twitter, Ozzy wrote: "@KanyeWest asked permission to sample a section of a 1983 live performance of "Iron Man" from the US Festival without vocals and was refused permission because he is an antisemite and has caused untold heartache to many. "He went ahead and used the sample anyway at his album listening party last night.
