But while they can often prove out of budget for some when full price, shoppers are going wild for a Shark vacuum cleaner that has been described as a 'powerhouse' for cleaning, as it's been slashed to less than £80 on Amazon.

As part of Amazon's Spring Deals Day event, the Shark WandVac 1.0 Cordless Handheld Vacuum Cleaner has been slashed by almost 40%.

For a limited time shoppers can pick up the handheld vacuum for £79, down from its full RRP of £129.99. The slim and lightweight cordless handheld vacuum is said to quickly remove dust, debris and pet hair from around the home.
