Shannen Doherty files for divorce from husband Kurt

The others don't need to take up your time, tears or your thoughts. Shannen hasn't directly addressed the split but speaking to PEOPLE, Sloane alleged that Kurt's agent was 'intimately involved' in the divorce.
Court filings originally obtained and reported by TMZ show that Shannen and Kurt have been apart for four months. It's also been reported that the former couple didn't sign a prenup and that the 90210 actress has filed for spousal support but has also asked that it not be awarded to her husband.
