But it’s the way it has to be thanks to UEFA’s ridiculous requirement to have a pro licence to manage in Europe. It’s a shocker of a rule and one which could well hamper the careers of young coaches like Naisy.Fans seem to be in a bit of a flap about the whole arrangement - and that’s not been helped by the lack of new signings at Tynecastle.
But we’ll get onto that later. The bottom line is Naisy will be just as influential in footballing terms now as he was then.
