Shakira has taken another swipe at her ex Gerard Pique just days after the footballer went Instagram official with his younger girlfriend.

The ex-Barcelona defender is currently dating 23-year-old Clara Chia and the Hips Don't Lie singer has seemingly taken aim at Gerard following their bitter split, writes The Mirror.The couple split up in June last year after being together for 11 years and have two children together, Milan, 10, and Sasha, 7.

Following their split, they vowed to put their children first.The pair are said to have split following allegations that the Spanish centre-back had cheated on the singer.Shakira realised that Gerard had been unfaithful when she found a jar of strawberry jam had been eaten while she wasn't home - which the sportsman doesn't like.This week Pique revealed his new relationship to his 22million Instagram followers.Then, the Hips Don't Lie singer captioned her latest Instagram post: "Women don't cry anymore, women dance merengue" alongside a clip of herself shaking her famous curves.The footballer was seen cozying up to his new girl in the happy selfie which quickly surpassed 1.5million likes and many comments from his famous friends.Many speculate the timing of the post wasn't a coincidence.His loved up selfie came just days after Shakira seemingly took a swipe at his new partner in a diss track.The song, which has since topped the Global Charts on Spotify, saw Shakira reference strawberry jam in the video for Te Felicito - a reference to how she discovered her man had been unfaithful.The tune also saw Shakira savagely sing: "I'm worth two 22's.
