SEVENTEEN drop futuristic music video for ‘Maestro’, tease 2024 tour

SEVENTEEN have dropped their first-ever compilation album, titled ’17 Is Right Here’, along with a music video for new single ‘Maestro’.Both the album and the ‘Maestro’ music video dropped on April 29 at 6pm KST.

The clip features a futuristic, cyberpunk-themed music video created partially using AI as a statement meant to question the use of artificial intelligence.In the clip, the SEVENTEEN members are seen performing among and fighting against robots and technology-heavy sets. “Never lose the good vibe / Good life, we go global / Don’t lose the good vibe / Following the maestro’s lead,” they sing on the chorus.During a press conference held for the release of ’17 Is Right Here’ earlier today (April 29), SEVENTEEN announced plans for a world tour sometime in the fall, with the band sharing that they will be heading to the United States as part of the tour.SEVENTEEN also promised a “jam-packed” year ahead with “endless content” to be expected from the group.

Aside from ’17 Is Right Here’, SEVENTEEN will also be releasing one more album before the end of 2024, they said during the press conference.’17 Is Right Here’ features four new songs on the first disc: ‘Maestro’, ‘Lalali’ performed by the Hip Hop Team, ‘Spell’ by the Performance Team and ‘Cheers to youth’ by the Vocal Team.

They are joined by Korean-language versions of their Japanese singles, including ‘Fallin’ Flower’ and ’24H’.Meanwhile, the second disc will feature 20 of the boyband’s hit singles, from their 2015 debut song ‘Adore U’ and their latest title track ‘God of Music’.
