Back in 2019, Sesame Street celebrated an incredible 50 years on screen and saw many of its past and present cast and Muppets reunite, and was the last special to feature long-time Muppet performer Carroll Spinney, who had played Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch from its inception in 1969 until 2018.
