A fly-tipper has been fined and banned from driving for three months after dumping rubbish in an alleyway. Several residential waste containers were filled with building materials and household waste until they were full, leaving no room for residents to get rid of their waste on Beresford Street in Moss Side.

Daniel Chiwoko, 49, of Longford Street, Gorton, parked his white Ford Transit in front of the residential containers and then went on to dump items too big to fit in them into the adjacent alleyway on December 21, 2021.
