Justin had previously had an on-again-off-again relationship with Selena from 2010 to 2018, when the pair finally called it quits.
In one of the off-again periods, in late 2015, Justin was believed to have started dating Hailey, before getting back together with Selena, 30, in early 2016.
Hailey, 26, and Justin, 28, met at one of his Today Show appearances in 2009, which was documented in a heartfelt clip that continues to circulate TikTok, showing the teens introduced by her father Stephen Baldwin.
