Section of M74 closed due to 'serious accident' involving overturned lorry

Police have raced to a "serious accident" on a busy Lanarkshire road this morning, with images showing an overturned lorry.Emergency services rushed to the M74 between junction 10-11 shortly before 8am..Officers confirmed a two-car collision, with an overturned lorry at the scene blocking part of the carriageway.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
