Second man arrested after man found dead in Glasgow flat
dailyrecord.co.ukA second man has been arrested after a man was found dead at a flat in Glasgow.Stuart Williams, 50, was found within a property on Glenisla Street, between Birnam Road and Maukinfauld Road in Tollcross, at around 5pm on Sunday, June 25.
The discovery was made after police were called to a report of a man seriously injured.Ambulance crews attended but Stuart was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police later confirmed that the death was being treated as suspicious. A 51-year-old man was arrested in connection with the death before being released pending further enquiries.
Officers have now confirmed that a 54-year-old man has also been arrested and is due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Friday, July 14.A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A second man has been arrested in connection with the death of Stuart Williams, 50, in Glasgow.
