The final day of the 2004-05 season saw Martin O'Neill 's side go to Fir Park needing only to win to secure the title. They took the lead and looked set for glory despite Rangers beating Hibs at Easter Road.
However, McDonald struck twice in the dying minutes to turn the title race on its head and seal arguably the most dramatic ever finish to a top flight season.
They say time heals all wounds for for one Celtic man the fact the Australian was a Hoops fan and later played for the club doesn't make up for what happened that day.
