The 38 year old former flame had been silent since the announcement that Kourtney and Travis would be taking the next step in their relationship after Travis got down on one knee with a diamon ring that he had helped design himself.
Scott and Kourtney began their relationship in 2005 and have three children together, Mason, 11, Penelope, nine, and Reign, six.The pair separated in 2015 and have maintained a relationship as co-parents but Scott has always maintained that he had a love for Kourtney.
