But for the second season in a row Scott Brown will have to deal with one of his closest mates leaving Celtic after Jonny Hayes announced his exit on social media.
It comes just a year after Brown moved to install the Irishman as his key wingman in the squad with Kieran Tierney having moved to Arsenal for a £25m fee.
The pair were a regular feature at Lennoxtown as they cracked jokes and delivered pranks to ease the mood before big matches.Hayes will now need to find a new team but it's obvious that he's going to be a big loss to the Hoops dressing room.Brown wrote: "Going to miss you my man.
