Tracy Gallagher reached out to the Express for help last month, saying she felt trapped in her own home following an operation to amputate her leg in August.The Paisley woman has been unable to leave her first floor flat for months as she waits for a suitable property with disabled access.But her health has now taken a turn for the worse, and she has been admitted to the town’s Royal Alexandra Hospital with more blood clots, which have resulted in one of her kidneys failing.The 43-year-old has been diagnosed with high blood pressure, and doctors fear she may have had a stroke, delaying vital surgery to place a stent in her heart to manage the clots.She is undergoing a number of tests as doctors work to get to the bottom of her.
