The 27-year-old, from Edinburgh, suffered a 'disconnect' between her brain and body before blacking out while in her mum’s car on the way to hospital.

She awoke four weeks later from a coma in hospital having shed two stone and was unable to hold a pen, reports Edinburgh Live.
