Amanda Louise Holden (born 16 February 1971) is an English media personality, actress, television presenter, singer, and author. She has judged on the television talent show competition Britain's Got Talent since the show began its run in 2007 on ITV. As an actress, Holden played the role of Mel in Kiss Me Kate (1998–2000), Geraldine Titley in The Grimleys (1999-2001), Sarah Trevanion in Wild at Heart (2006–2008), Lizzie, the Ring Mistress, in Big Top (2009), and the title role in Thoroughly Modern Millie, for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award.

Every spring and summer, people from the UK flock to Spain in search of sunshine and a break from the typical miserable weather we often experience here.

However, one tourist trap could catch them out if they're visiting popular destinations like Barcelona, Madrid, the Canaries, Seville, Alicante or Benidorm - and it involves some very popular food and drinks synonymous with Spanish holidays.

A debate on Reddit has highlighted the biggest tourist traps in Spanish resorts and destinations. One of them is claimed to be sangria, and tourists are urged to consider whether the popular drink is really worth it, Taking to the social media site, one person claimed that Sangria is a tourist trap, originally created by Brits - much like chicken tikka masala was invented by a Scotsman.

The authentic and original version is called 'tinto de verano', which uses actual wine and lemon. "Sangria is a soda like Coca Cola and Fanta, so imagine going to Spain and paying 10 euros (£8.58) for a jar of Fanta.
