dog died as a result of his neglect. Police raised concern after two dogs were discovered at the Wishaw property of 19-year-old Jordan Edment and described as “skin and bones”.
Animal welfare charity the Scottish SPCA were called to the home in November 2019 where a two-year-old Pakistani Mastiff type dog called Rumple and a Johnston’s bull dog type named Butch were seized from the property on Kilmeny Crescent.
