teenager is facing trial accused of endangering farm workers and damaging crops by careering through a field in a car - while on drink or drugs.
Josh Nisbet, 18, is said to have left the vehicle in question lodged in mud after driving erratically and speeding, and leaving it in gear with the engine running and accelerator down.
Nisbet is accused of committing a host of other offences, including stealing petrol for the vehicle and driving without a licence and insurance.
He pleaded not guilty to all 11 charges he faces when he appeared in the dock this week over the alleged rampage. Prosecutors claim Nisbet, of Glasgow's Govan area, stole fuel from a BP filling station in Paisley Road West, Glasgow, on Monday, July 12.
