Scots Loose Women star to make shock ITV return four years after exit

One of Loose Women's biggest stars could be returning to the panel sooner than we might think, as she made a surprise return to the ITV lunchtime show on Wednesday.Andrea McLean, 54, made a huge comeback as the Scottish star teased fans she is set to return on a more permanent basis later this year. "In terms of coming home, you’ll be seeing me again in September - I'm going to be here!," she announced.She added: "‘With Loose Women, you are part of the discussion you have to share parts of your life and your personal life - and I’m so glad I did it here."The presenter appeared on Loose Women from 2007 until 2020 reports OK!, before an emotional exit from the programme as she focused on a new career as an author.

She has also since launched her own podcast, Mastering Midlife, alongside husband Nick Feeney.She said at the time: "‘I just thought, I will never know unless I try so I am saying goodbye to Loose Women."
