dailyrecord.co.ukstabbing her 26 times has failed in a bid to have his jail sentence reduced.Vile Keith Rizzo moaned that the 22 year prison term was ‘excessive’ after being found guilty of murdering Neomi Smith in June 2019.The 24-year-old broke into the Brechin flat of his former partner after spotting her dancing with another man in a pub just hours before.He then brutally battered and throttled her before using two knives to inflict horrific stab wounds as well as 32 blunt force trauma injuries.When paramedics arrived to help Neomi, they described it as being like ‘something out of a horror film’.She was tragically pronounced dead a short time later.
