The Korean thriller sees a group of desperate contestants compete against each other in a series of children’s playground games in a bid to win a prize of almost £30 million.

But the games have a deadly catch, as losing them could see participants lose their life in the ultra-violent series. The nine-episode show has become a smash hit across the globe and currently sits at the top of the most viewed TV programmes on Netflix in the UK.

And while the premise of the show is serious and gory in nature, it hasn’t stopped Scots having a good laugh with it. One viral tweet
