Harry Potter fan fears getting killed for his collection as he raffles off his rarest book. The frightened enthusiast will part with the treasured £40,000 first edition, first print hardback of the Philosopher’s Stone in a promotional prize draw for his new business venture.
But the 54-year-old from near Glasgow insists on remaining anonymous after one rare book collector was brutally slain.Going by the name Professor Ken, he said: “The UK first edition is the most rare one - there were 500 printed.“It’s the king of the Harry Potter series - the Holy Grail for Harry Potter collectors.
