A Glasgow great-gran is set to be reunited with her family after battling coronavirus in hospital for a number of weeks. Rena Barr was raced to Glasgow Royal Infirmary, where she would be fitted with a steel plate after breaking her arm in a fall, reports Glasgow Live.
The 88-year-old was then transferred to Gartnavel Hospital where she contracted coronavirus ten days later.
