Police are standing guard outside the taped-off entrance to a youth hostel in Glasgow after an incident earlier on Friday. Emergency services have been outside the Tartan Lodge on Alexandra Parade in Dennistoun since at least 8.30pm following an unknown incident.
Members of the public can be seen looking on as officers stand at the scene. Two ambulances were called but one has now departed.An eyewitness told the Record that police tape had been drawn across the entrance to the hostel and around five police cars were present.Police Scotland was contacted for comment.We'll be bringing you the very latest updates, pictures and video on this breaking news story.
