It's perfect for a Scottish fry up or in a crispy morning roll and you only need a few basic ingredients which you are bound to find in the supermarket.
The Scot, who didn't want to be named, 50, from Campsie, East Dumbartonshire, revealed how to make the square sausage on the Scotland forever recipe Facebook page.
She told the Record: "It was a recipe an old butcher friend used which I adapted to suit my own taste."The nutmeg, coriander salt and pepper can be adjusted for personal taste."The beef and pork
