A mum claims her son was 'forced to sit in the corridor' for wearing black trainers at school. Crystal Smith said her 13-year-old son Joshua was excluded after his school refused to let him wear the trainers following foot surgery, the Liverpool Echo reports.
Joshua, who is a pupil at West Derby School in Tuebrook, Liverpool, had surgery on his toe and was given a letter from his doctor to say he couldn't wear normal shoes until his foot healed.
