Scarlett Moffatt is embracing her body size and is encouraging others to do the same after being subjected to social media trolling.
The former Gogglebox star, 31, released the SuperSlim Me workout plan in 2016, going from a size 18 to 8 in the process. winner described the incident as something ‘I don’t talk about, ever.’However, Scarlett has moved on from the scandal and wants to use her platform to promote body positivity and self-love.‘I have friends who are so aesthetically beautiful and they still pull themselves to bits.
I just want people to not be so hard on themselves,’ she said.‘People need to look in the mirror and give themselves a compliment.
