Scarlett Moffatt says re-watching movies from the 1990s in lockdown has left her fuming over the way women were presented in film thirty years ago.
The 29-year-old former Gogglebox star has been getting something of an education in ‘90s film from her current boyfriend, police officer Scott Dobinson.
But the reality TV star has been left far form impressed by the way women are depicted in film – saying she has found classic films stuffed full of sexist tropes.
Former I’m A Celeb winner Scarlett took particular issue with the 1995 action comedy Bad Boys, starring Will Smith, Martin Lawrence and Tea Téa Leoni, which she gave up on after 30 minutes of viewing.
