INGREDIENTSSTEPS(Photos numbered accordingly)1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter and lightly flour a 10×7 baking dish or 10″ carbon steel skillet.2.
Scatter the cherries and sliced almonds over the bottom of the pan.3. Mix the eggs, sugar, salt, and flour together until smooth.
Stir in the milk and almond and vanilla extracts.4. Pour batter into the baking dish over the cherries and almonds.5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Check after 20 minutes and If the top is getting too brown, tent it loosely with aluminum foil. Place on a wire rack to cool.
