In an Instagram video that Sarah filmed for Ryan‘s page, she talked about how you say the name. “Today is Ratched premiere day. ‘Ratchet.’ Ratched. ‘Ratchet.’ Ratched. ‘Ratchet.’ How would you say it?
She says Mildred ‘Ratchet.’ I don’t say Mildred Ratched, even though that’s really how it’s spelled,” she said. So, it seems you pronounce Ratched by saying “ratch-it.” Here is the synopsis for the series:
