The former Made in Chelsea star has recently ditched the UK for Jamaica with his pal Marvin Humes but whilst he's away, his latest podcast episode with best friend Pete Wicks has been released in which the latter is heard quizzing Sam about what has been going on.
Strictly Come Dancing 2024 star Pete admitted to ignoring his phone over the festive period, with Sam revealing he was enjoying a 'wholesome' retreat with the reality star not too keen to share more details.
But while he was enjoying some peace, Sam was trying to contact his friend for some support. On his and Pete's Staying Relevant podcast, Sam admitted he has had a "tough" time amid rumours he and girlfriend Zara have split after five years together.
