Sam Thompson and Zara McDermott went incognito as they showed off their Halloween costumes days after the festivities - or at least they would haev been incognito if they'd decided to go out with their new appearances.

The couple, who started dating back in 2019, are often sharing glimpses of their lives on social media and are no strangers to taking part in a TikTok trend, filming couple skits or just giving a glimpse into how they're spending their days.

In their latest update, Sam and Zara looked completely unrecognisable as they belatedly showed off their Halloween outfits, with Zara going all out as Shrek while Sam dressed as the ogre character's much-loved companion Donkey. Meanwhile, I'm A Celebrity winner Sam looked his usually happy self as he transformed into the fun-loving Donkey, opting for a skin-tight silver bodysuit with furry hands and legs warmers before adding a headband complete with donkey ears, nose and teeth.
