Sam Heughan Weighs In on James Bond Casting Rumors

I certainly haven’t heard anything,” Sam told The Post. “I know every British actor that’s ever worn a suit is probably talked about [in connection with the Bond role] at some point,” he added.
However, Sam admitted that now he’s done playing Jamie Fraser on Outlander for eight seasons, he’s not sure he can play another “iconic character” like Bond. “I don’t know if I’d go from one iconic character to the next,” Sam said. “Certainly, it would be a great undertaking.
