Welcome back.This is literally the first YouTube back since the birth of Jude, and obviously I've wanted to do a birth story video to tell you everything about birth; what happened; timelines," she began from the comfort of a bedroom. "I know you guys had so many questions, especially because I was planning on having a home-birth and things didn't go to plan..." Montana then suggested she felt "so weird" over being "really excited" to deliver her son, as the general consensus for giving birth seems to be torturous pain.
Discussing the start of contractions, Montana said: "When I say my body just took over, I was like mooing, like a cow. I was like [does impression].
I was not on this planet, but I think it was Sam Faiers who told me she was mooing and at the time I was like, that didn't really make sense, but as soon as I went into labour it completely made sense. "The low vibration of the moo was helping me get through the contractions because in my head I was like, right if I do two long moos - like really exhale through the nose and then exhaling through my mouth like mooing, like a low sound; two long ones of those and then that was the contraction over. "So it was really helping me and I was bouncing on my ball mooing." Sam, 32, is of course famous for her four-year stint on The Only Way is Essex, and exclusively told OK!
