Sam Faiers has announced she's quitting The Mummy Diaries after seven years.The 30 year old took to her Instagram feed to post a series of snaps from the programme before sharing the news with her 2.5million followers.TV personality Sam said it "wasn't an easy decision" but she's decided to step away from reality TV to give her family, including Paul and their kids Rosie and Paul Jr, a "break".

Sam wrote in the caption: "To my wonderful followers and supporters of The Mummy Diaries over the past 7 years, for many months of consideration, I've decided that now feels like the right time to step away and to focus on new adventures.
