Sam Faiers has given an update on her pregnancy, revealing that she is planning a home birth as she prepares to welcome her third child.The reality star, 31, is expecting her third child with partner Paul Knightley, 34, with the couple already being proud parents to Paul Jr, six, and Rosie, four.The mum-of-two is in the final stages of pregnancy and revealed in her latest Instagram post that she is planning to have a home birth, with just four weeks to go until her due date.
