Sam Cosgrove insists he has seen the difference in training ground intensity at Birmingham and Aberdeen after just ONE session.
The 24-year-old has signed a three and a half year deal with the Blues with the Dons are understood to have banked £2million for the frontman.
Cosgrove joined Aberdeen from Carlisle United in 2018 and went on to score 47 goals in 103 appearances. However, after leaving Pittodrie he has taken a veiled dig at his former side insisting there has already been a step up under Aitor Karanka when compared to sessions under Derek McInnes.
When asked what has been said to him by new boss Karanka, Cosgrove told the club website: "Just to be myself really."The manager doesn't need any bigging up.
