Former Loose Women star Saira Khan has opened up about the moment she made her life-changing decision to adopt her daughter from Pakistan.
The 50-year-old TV presenter is a proud mum to Amara, 10, who she adopted as a newborn at just four days old, back in March 2011.
Saira and her husband Steve Hyde decided they wanted to adopt a child after they were unable to conceive for a second baby following an unsuccessful round of IVF.
At the time, they already had one-year-old son Zac. Saira first laid eyes on Amara while visiting Karachi and ended up at the Edhi Orphanage, where she made the huge decision.
