Saira Khan has quit Loose Women after five years. The presenter lifted the lid on her difficult decision to leave as she said the coronavirus pandemic made her reassess her priorities.

She wrote in her column for The Mirror, the pandemic “certainly made me assess my priorities, values and how I want to move forward with my life.” TO READ SAIRA'S SUNDAY MIRROR COLUMN EXPLAINING WHY SHE QUIT - CLICK HERE She went on: “So I start this new year by saying goodbye to Loose Women. “After five years of being a regular panellist, I’ve decided to give up my seat to another woman who will benefit from the platform as I did.” It was a difficult decision for the TV star but she said she wants to focus on pursuing other projects.
