Netflix’s Bridgerton made a splash with its first season, earning two SAG Award nominations for its ensemble and the season’s co-lead Regé-Jean Page.
Following no major awards recognition for Season 2, the Shondaland Regency drama is back, with its third season scoring two SAG Award nominations this morning, for its ensemble and the season’s co-lead, Nicola Coughlan.
What’s more, Jonathan Bailey, one of the Season 2 romantic leads, landed the most individual nominations this year: two for the blockbuster Wicked (individual and ensemble) and one as part of the Bridgeton ensemble.
Season 3 of Bridgerton followed the love story of Penelope Featherington (Coughlan) and Colin Bridgerton (Luke Newton) aka Polin.
