Sabrina Carpenter has opened up about her 2025 Grammy nominations and said that she has “been true” to herself.The pop singer earned six Grammy nominations with her sixth studio album ‘Short N’ Sweet‘ earning her nods in the categories for Best Pop Vocal Album, Album Of The Year and Best New Artist.
Her track ‘Please Please Please’ earned a nomination for Song Of The Year, while her hit song ‘Espresso’ is up for Best Pop Solo Performance and Record Of The Year.While speaking to PEOPLE, Carpenter reflected on her career and said: “I’ve always been true to myself and believed in my work since I was young.
I’ve realized that it’s always been about the small baby steps that you take over time to get you to this point.”She continued: “I don’t think I have fully reflected yet, as I’m also trying to be present in the moment.
But I’m just happy to see my songs connect with so many people from all walks of life.
