Saban Films Snaps Up Danny A. Abeckaser’s Crime Drama ‘The Perfect Gamble’ Starring David Arquette (EXCLUSIVE)
variety.comK.J. Yossman Saban Films has acquired Danny A. Abeckaser‘s crime drama “The Perfect Gamble,” which stars David Arquette and Daniella Pick Tarantino.
The feature, which has completed production, is set to debut in theatres in the first quarter of 2025 followed by a digital release. “The Perfect Gamble” tells the story of two best friends who get out of jail in New York City and relocate to the Easter European country of Georgia where they open an illegal underground casino.
Only then do they realize the town is run by the Russian mob, meaning the duo need to figure out a way to keep their hustle going while staying alive.
Pick Tarantino plays the girlfriend of one of the friends. Abeckaser directed the film, which was shot on location in Georgia and Israel.
