Rylan Clark reveals fitness plan to ‘get buff’ after losing weight during marriage split

Rylan Clark has revealed his fitness plans following a ‘dodgy year’ in which he split from his husband.The TV star, 33, recently opened up about losing weight after separating from Dan Neal, admitting he went into hospital for ‘safety reasons’.

Now, the It Takes Two host has a personal trainer and he’s committed to building himself back up again, both mentally and physically.Speaking on The Hundamental Guide To Life podcast, Rylan said: ‘I had a bit of a dodgy year last year and I took a little bit of time out.’His ‘time out’ refers to his four-month break from the spotlight where he stepped back from all presenting gigs to deal with his heartbreak.Rylan said, before he could really process what was happening, he was in a very bad way physically, previously sharing that his mum was ‘majorly worried’ about him. ‘I was like, “Oh s**t, this ain’t good.
