Rylan Clark fans say 'please no' as he shows off temporary transformation 10 years after X Factor

Rylan Clark is known for his slick dark locks and sharp beard but it's not always been that way. Many fans may remember that ten years ago, the then singer and now presenter sported a very different look.

Bursting onto our screens on The X Factor in 2012, Rylan sported long, bleached blonde locks. And as he released his new book to chart the decade that completely changed his life and saw him become a household name, the TV star decided to pay homage to his younger self.

Over the weekend, Rylan, 33, took to Instagram to share images of himself donning blonde extensions, still with his trademark dark beard on show. He also shared another photo, still with the blonde extensions firmly in place but this time donning a baseball cap backwards.
